Optically Clear Adhesive

Permabond’s optically clear adhesive UV620 is a high strength adhesive that cures when exposed to UV light.  Its excellent optical clarity and resistance to yellowing make it ideal for glass bonding and glass to metal bonding applications.  The product is free-flowing and self-leveling. It cures very quickly with low intensity UV light. Forming a semi rigid material that resists impact, shear, and up to 120° C. Note it can resist higher temperature for short periods or if the joint is not unduly stressed.

Typical bonding applications include glazing e.g., glass bevel bonding, bathroom accessories – cabinets, shower cubicles, and glass furniture manufacture. UV620 is also ideal for the structural bonding of artwork and architectural products, where robustness and aesthetic appearance are both vitally important.
