Permabond’s history of developing and manufacturing engineering adhesives spans six decades and three continents. In 2003 the Permabond business was purchased by the Grossi family, involved in the development and production of engineering adhesives since the 1970s. Today, Permabond Engineering Adhesives Ltd (Europe & Asia) and Permabond LLC (Americas) provide technological adhesive solutions to engineers worldwide. Permabond has offices in Asia, Europe, and the USA<\/a> and manufacturing facilities in Italy and the UK.<\/p>\n

Fifteen years since the acquisition of Permabond by the Grossi family, brothers Paolo and Andrea Grossi decided to open a real research and innovation hub at the Misinto factory in the wake of their father\u2019s dream – Dr. Grossi, former president of Permabond. This is where Blue Center Innovation Technologies, designed for the development of new products and to provide bespoke and innovative application solutions to customers, was born.
\nIt is a place where scientific creativity and solid technical expertise combine and adapt to the rapidly changing demands of industrial adhesive applications. It is a meeting place for ideas and insights, both from within the organization and from the market outside.<\/p>\n

Blue Center Innovation Technologies<\/h4>\n

Blue Center Innovation Technologies has been created for the purpose of developing innovative and technologically advanced projects as a reliable business partner, with the aim of delivering effective and efficient bonding solutions for customers.\u00a0 It es consists of research and product development laboratories, technical service laboratories providing application solutions to customers, a quality control laboratory to guarantee quality standards, a training center for the sales team and customers, a showroom with a journey from the company\u2019s history to its future and offices for staff who work at the center.
\n\u201cThis inauguration marks a fundamental junction for Permabond,\u201d says Paolo Grossi, President and General Manager of Permabond. \u201cThe Blue Center is a key place for our future projects. And at the same time a tribute to the past. We have always believed in research and innovation and are ready to invest corporate resources in this direction\u201d.<\/p>\n

The opening evening will be an opportunity to meet speakers with whom the company works. And where we open the doors of the Blue Center with workshops dedicated to guests in a convivial setting.<\/p>\n

Permabond\u2019s engineering adhesive range has expanded rapidly and is constantly evolving to match the changing requirements of its customers. Permabond differentiates itself from many of its competitors by offering the flexibility of bespoke product development to its customers.<\/p>\n

Since 2003 Permabond\u2019s range has expanded from anaerobics and cyanoacrylics, to include additional adhesive technologies. These include single and two-part epoxies, toughened acrylics, UV cure adhesives, polyurethanes, MS polymers, and epoxy hybrid materials.<\/p>\n
