It is a 1:1 mix ratio methyl methacrylate-based acrylic adhesive and cures in minutes at room temperature when mixed.<\/p>\n<p>The clear acrylic adhesive is available in convenient 50ml and 400ml cartridges. They dispense with a handgun via a static mixer nozzle. Bulk material is also available for use with automatic dispensing systems on high speed production lines.<\/p>\n<p>Permabond TA4204 bonds a wide variety of materials, including metals, most plastics (particularly good on clear plastics such as polycarbonate and acrylic), composite materials such as GRP and wood. It can replace solvent, heat or friction welding techniques.
