In fact, in laboratory tests, our chemists have even achieved substrate failure on difficult materials like PET-G, with minimal acetone\/IPA degrease. Furthermore, this multi purpose adhesive performs outstandingly well on metals, cutting through oxide layers to form incredibly strong bonds with the parent material. But the high shear strength achieved on unprepared oily steel is even more impressive!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Features and benefits of TA4207:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Little or no surface preparation<\/li>\n<li>Fast cure (fixture time 8-10 mins)<\/li>\n<li>Very high strength on stainless steel, steel, aluminium, galvanised zinc &amp; plastics<\/li>\n<li>High strength on hot-dip galvanised steel, electro-plated zinc &amp; carbon fibre &#8211; multi purpose adhesive<\/li>\n<li>High temperature resistance (150\u00b0C continuous)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent environmental resistance<\/li>\n<li>Convenient 1:1 mix ratio<\/li>\n<li>Easy dispensing, with or without nozzles &amp; guns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>TA4207 is available in 50ml and 400ml cartridges. It is also available in bulk on request, for high speed production lines.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Directions for use:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span id=\"page40R_mcid15\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1)<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Surfaces must be clean, dry, and grease<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">free.
