Their strength and durability lend them to bonding fixtures, railings, nameplates, antennae.<\/li>\n<li>They are also referred to as MMA\u2019s and are two component room temperature cure adhesives that can be dispensed through a static mix nozzle to avoid manual mixing.<\/li>\n<li>Surface Activated <a href=\"https:\/\/permabond.com\/products\/structural-acrylic-adhesives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Methyl Methacrylates<\/a> provide the strength and process versatility of minimal set time needed to work in field applications such as wire harness attachment within aircraft.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/permabond.com\/products\/polyurethane-adhesives\/\">Two Component Urethanes<\/a><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 part urethanes provide both strength and flexibility for bonding composites such as large carbon fiber applications found in car hoods.<\/li>\n<li>Mix manually or via static mix nozzles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/permabond.com\/products\/cyanoacrylate-adhesives-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cyanoacrylates<\/a><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>These provide the ideal properties for quickly forming strong bonds between composites such as carbon fiber to foams and other padding on medical appliances.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/permabond.com\/products\/cyanoacrylate-adhesives-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cyanoacrylates<\/a> &#8211; also called instant adhesives because many achieve handling strength in less than 10 seconds.\u00a0 High performance grades include high temperature resistance, low odor, non-blooming, and grades that will cure quickly on acidic surfaces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Two component Acrylics \u2013<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>No Mix <a href=\"https:\/\/permabond.com\/products\/structural-acrylic-adhesives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Acrylic<\/a> and Initiator provide structural bonds that fill and seal joints.<\/li>\n<li>No Mix <a href=\"https:\/\/permabond.com\/products\/structural-acrylic-adhesives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Acrylic<\/a> and Initiator systems are non-flammable in the liquid state and can reach handling strength in as little as 10 seconds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/permabond.com\/products\/two-part-epoxies-selector-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Epoxies<\/a><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Epoxies provide the ultimate bond performance of high shear, impact strength, and environmental resistance. Ideal for applications involving composite bonding of bike frames, golf clubs, and other sporting equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Epoxies are available in one and two components.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/permabond.com\/products\/epoxies-single-part\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">One component epoxies<\/a> cure with heat.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/permabond.com\/products\/two-part-epoxies-selector-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Two component epoxies<\/a> cure at room temperature. These properties are needed to eliminate read through in many thin panel composite bonding applications.
